※ Cleaning staff will enter the room at 10:00. The intercom will ring 3 times. If the room is locked, we will use the master key
to enter the room.
※We will charge 20,000 yen for lost keys.

This is a condominium type lodge. We do not change sheets, towels, or amenities. Please use your own washing and drying

Located on a World Natural Heritage island, our hotel is visited by many insects.
Especially invasive creatures are geckos. Geckos are the guardian of the house. They eat mosquitoes and other pests to get rid of
them. They are not harmful to humans, so if you see one in your room, please ignore it or gently let it go outside. Also, if you
open a window, many insects may enter the room. Please open and close windows only as much as necessary to conserve air
conditioning power. Please note that we cannot accept complaints about geckos or insects.
If any of the following items are violated while using our hotel
a special handling fee of ¥30,000~ will be charged for the actual damage.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
Any evidence or smell of smoking in the room or cigarette butts found in the trash will be treated as a special cleaning.
For fire prevention and smoke control, fuel and other open frames are prohibited to be brought indoors or on the premises for
campfires, BBQs, fireworks.
This lodge is located in a rich natural environment of the World Natural
Heritage site, and many wild animals and insects live there. If you open the windows during your stay, many insects will invade.
For the comfort of our guests and for the sake of the next guest, we ask that you keep window openings to a minimum. When
opening windows, please be sure to use a screen door. No compensation or reimbursement will be made for any gecko or other
small animal or insect infestation.
The following items are not allowed in the hotel's facilities.
- Animals and pets (excluding assistance dogs) Please let us know in advance if you are coming with an assistance dog.
- Poisonous and toxic chemicals, toxic chemical agents, and objects that emit a significant odor or fumes.
- Firearms, knives, gambling equipment, and other criminal composition items, as well as items prohibited by law from being
- Material that may ignite or explode.

- Any boisterous behavior in the facility or any other behavior that disturbs or causes discomfort to others.

In case of Typhoons/Disasters
Typhoons in Iriomote island are very dangerous. During typhoons, even in case of emergency, the clinic is not accessible and
cannot be transported to Ishigaki Island by helicopter. For safety reasons, the facility will be closed during typhoons.
After the typhoon has passed, we will reopen after confirming the restoration of lifelines and safety. In case of facility closure or
flight cancellation, we will offer free cancellation when the ship to Iriomote Island is cancelled or expected to be cancelled.
Please be informed that if the flight is not canceled, or if either of the two ports on Iriomote island is operating, cancellation due
to customer's convenience will be subject to the usual cancellation fees.
Please use the trash cans in your room for general trash.
※Cigarette butts are not allowed. Please take them home with you.
A special cleaning fee will be charged in the unlikely event that garbage is thrown away in the trash can or on the premises such
as in the garden.
We do not dispose of oversized garbage, suitcases, marine goods, clothes (too dirty or in large quantities), etc.
Lost and Found
From the privacy point of view, we will not contact you in case of lost and found items. Please call us at 080-6491-9455.
We will send it to you by cash on delivery.
The following items will be considered to have been disposed of by the guest and will be discarded by the hotel.
Opened food and beverages, opened household items (toothbrushes, slippers, sunscreen, cosmetics, etc.), and other items
deemed unsuitable for storage by the hotel will be disposed of.
Clothing, bags, decorations, travel equipment such as chargers, etc. will be disposed of after about one week of storage.
The hotel will not compensate for any lost items after check-out so please be sure not to forget anything.
